Biodiesel Supply Chain, Figure 1

Global Biomass Fuels, LLC advocates a "Fuel to Farm™" Self Consumption approach to drive down the cost of operating a farm business. The biodiesel supply chain, Figure 1, illustrates this approach.

Farmers need to take advantage of the " Fuel to Farm™" Self Consumption approach by organizing a business entity e.g. LLC, Inc, to acquire crushing and biodiesel plants. Price control with "Fuel to Farm™" represents a major factor for farming success. Farmer owned plants are the best cost effective solution.

Global Biomass Fuels, LLC is well position to design, build and operate biodiesel plants. Through Global Biomass Fuels, LLC affiliates, the state -of -the -art in Brazilian oleochemical technology is applied to our biodiesel plants. Plants are designed to be affordable, expandable and environmentally compatible. Plant sizes range from 3 million to 120 million gallons of biodiesel per year. Biodiesel fuel quality conforms to ASTMD 6751. Depending on arrangement, either the farmer business entity or Global Biomass Fuels, LLC operates the plant. In either case, personnel are trained by Global Biomass Fuels, LLC and a quality system is defined to qualify for a BQ-9000 certification. Plants are warranted by Global Biomass Fuels, LLC.
